That email would be automatically sent by “robots” which saying the same things for every publisher who wanna joining the AdSense program. Click on the verification link to confirm your AdSense account application. You should get an approval letter in 2-3 days. All you have to do is waiting for a few days and give a times for adsense staff for reviewing your application.

The ###### sign would be your name as you’ve already fill in their registration form.

The ??????? sign would be your confirmation code which given by adsense machine.
