How to block IP Address to prevent invalid clicks and sabotage clicks?

I’m joining AdSense recently. I’ve heard there are invalid clicks and sabotage clicks can be generated by other person. Is there a way how to block the specific and certain IP Address to see my AdSense? Where did I can found that feature in AdSense?

Unfortunately AdSense doesn’t provide the feature as you’ve mentioned above.
Although AdSense is very appreciates the concern from publishers regarding invalid clicks, they can’t provide the feature to block some certain IP Address to see the AdSense ads. They are not able to block IP addresses provided by publishers, because of two reasons:
1. Due to the fact that valid clicks in the AdSense ads may be blocked as a result when blocking some certain IP Address.
2. Due to the fact that IP addresses can be allocated from various sources, such as IP or Proxy switcher.
Anyway, Google is not using IP Address only to detect and determine invalid clicks. You can read the methods how Google detect fraud/invalid/sabotage click(s) at the links below:

To avoid invalid clicks being generated by other person, you should keep monitoring the activities inside your sites and your AdSense account. Once you have found any suspicious activity, you can report to Google AdSense Support Team regarding to invalid clicks through this form or you can email Google AdSense Staff directly at adsense-support[at]google.com
Any provided information will help Google AdSense resolving the issues, although Google AdSense will use its sole discretion when determining instances of invalid clicks as already outlined in their Terms and Conditions.
However, Google AdSense using both human reviews and automated systems to monitor clicks on the AdSense ads, in order to prevent abuse of the AdSense program. With their smart technology, Google AdSense can analyze clicks at your AdSense ads to determine whether the clicks are generated artificially to drive up publisher’s earning only (invalid click), or the clicks are generated by a person as a result for their interest on advertiser ads in AdSense (valid click).
If you feel that there’s an IP Address generate sabotage clicks at your AdSense ads and you want that IP Address can’t accessing your site anymore (since you can’t block that person for generate click at your AdSense ads), you can block the IP Address using your hosting server control panel (IP banned feature) or using the javascript as I’ve already wrote here.
