Applying for a Google AdSense account is quick and easy things to do for everyone. You must get your website ready before you join Google AdSense program. After that step, fill in your contact information and you’re all set. You should receive an email in 1 or 7 business days from Google AdSense Support Team and informing you if your application is approved.

For US residents, Google AdSense Program is required to collect tax information from those who participate in the program. If you are a business, you will need to fill your EIN number on your application. If you are an individual, all you will need is filling your social security number. Google AdSense will withhold payments to you until they receive your tax information. If you do not have that information when you initially sign up, you can still apply for the Google AdSense program.

You will not need to provide the tax information if you are a Non-US business and have no activity in the United States. While Google does not withhold taxes or provide any tax advice, they will send you a 1099 once your earnings reach a certain amount.
