You have to be sure that your blog meets a certain set of criteria, before you can begin making money though. As already mentioned above, your blog must focus on only one topic or niche, as it is referred to most of the time. In addition, your blog must be maintained on a regular basis. This means that you should update your blog very often and frequently. The contents inside your blog must be have highest quality and supported with several links and images. You can consider the following ways in which to make money with your blog if you have those criteria above in place already. Here are some ways to generate revenue and make money from blogging:

Make Money from Blog #1: Affiliate Programs

There are thousands of affiliate programs available for almost every niche you can think of. Many websites offering a free resource which allows you to research popular affiliate programs within many different niches. There are many website also offering advices and warnings on how to avoid scams and choose the profitable affiliate programs in the internet.

Make Money from Blog #2: Google AdSense
Google AdSense is the most popular pay-per-click Internet marketing programs. You will be paid a small commission by Google AdSense when joining the Google AdSense program and put the AdSense advertisements inside your blog. Every time a visitor generates any clicks on the Google AdSense advertisement link inside your blog, you will be paid for that. That would be called Google AdSense PPC (Paid Per Click) campaign. Google AdSense also provides CPM (Cost Per Million Impression) ads. CPM ads based on the impressions being generated by your visitors and ignoring all clicks being made by your visitors at those ads type. So, if there are any ads that based on impressions being clicked by your visitors, then you will get nothing for that clicks, since you will be paid for some amount of impressions. Between those two campaigns, you can not choose which one would be shown at your adsense ads, since the ads would be displayed automatically by Google AdSense.

Make Money from Blog #3: Amazon.com
Amazon.com has an affiliate program which allows webmasters and publishers to promote some of their products. It should be easy for you to find ones which compliment your blog niche, because they have so many products to offer. However, you don’t get paid on a pay-per-click basis, since Amazon.com is not based on Paid Per Click campaign but based at Paid Per Action campaign. Visitors at your blog must actually purchase the advertised product, in order to receive a commission from Amazon.com.

Make Money from Blog #4: Get More Blog!
Since there are many free blogging service in the internet, there is no limit to how many blogs you can have. You should strongly consider maintaining multiple blogs in multiple niches, since there are many affiliate programs are free to join. This will allow you to promote more programs and product that will make you generate more money from those blogs.
